Natalie McKenna is an entrepreneur, educator and media and communications professional. As Managing Director of Regeneration Unlimited Pty Ltd Natalie combines a career in media and entertainment, business consulting and education to offer a comprehensive suite of services. With expertise in strategy formulation, social media strategy, new venture creation, media training, promotion and image development, Natalie’s list of clients is made up of television networks (onshore and offshore), production companies, entrepreneurs, politicians, small, medium and large organisations.

A social commentator and regular presenter on the conference circuit, Natalie has disseminated research and best practice in entrepreneurship, social media strategy, personal brand and image development. As a media strategist and advisor Natalie has assisted others in presentation skills for TV, radio and conferences including current politicians, TV presenters, executives and entrepreneurs.

Natalie lectures in strategy and entrepreneurship at RMIT University and her experience in education spans across the University and Corporate Sectors. An adjunct lecturer and researcher in the Graduate School of Business and Law at RMIT, Natalie's research investigates barriers to career advancement in female professionals: A study on perceived barriers to the success of female entrepreneurs, including personal presentation and the impact of image and impression management as a contributor to success.

Consulting in image creation and development for individuals and organisations is one of Regeneration Unlimited's services. Natalie brings credibility from her research into practice. During Natalie's tenure at RMIT's School of Media and Communication Natalie researched use of social media in education using Twitter, Facebook and Blogs in assessment. Social media strategy, another area of research is also included in Regeneration Unlimited's product offering.

A member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Natalie holds an MBA (Exec) and is currently a PhD candidate in the Graduate School of Business and Law at RMIT University.
